Yew Garden to the Temple

The Yew Garden is a rectangular garden surrounded by a clipped hedge of Yew. Set in the lawn in each corner are hexagonal beds of Dahlias and Japanese Forest Grass. There is a paved walkway to the centre where a fifth hexagonal bed is planted in the same way but with the addition of an Agave in a tall urn. The design is simple but effective.

Below the Yew Garden another path from the Dell runs along the top of the tennis lawn. It is edged with boxwood and runs in front of the Temple. The same path continues to the Sunken Garden.
