Description: 

Light airy texture, green thread-like foliage. Red berries in late summer.

History: 

Native to southern Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Yemen.

Published in Refug. Bot. (Saunders) 3: 214 in 1870.

My Experience: 

I purchased a 4" pot from Plant Delights in June 2012 and planted it in the Screen Porch Garden. The rabbits ate it so I moved it inside the pool fence but it did not return in spring 2013.
