Description: 

Dwarf. Bright green fronds that have a beaded appearance. The leaflets are each shaped like fans. Slow to return from winter dormancy. Not stable and reverts as it ages. Does not grow true from tissue culture or spores.

History: 

Discovered on the property of Mrs. Frizell in Ireland in 1857.
