Description: 

Leaves are slightly large and brighter green than the species. Deer resistant. Bright yellow spikes from April to May - 3 week blooming period. Drought tolerant once established.

History: 

A selection from Larry Loman of Ridgecrest Nursery, Wynne, AR.

My Experience: 

I purchased a 1-gallon plant from Nurseries Caroliniana in May 2011 and planted it in the Berm On the Border. It has flourished there and is extremely vibrant when in bloom.
