Flowers to 4" diameter, pale pink to white outer tepals with yellow inner ones and maroon markings, not fragrant like the American Sweetshrub. Blooms in late spring. Glossy leaves to 6" long.Do not allow soil to dry out.


Native to China.

First publication in J. S. China Agric. Univ. 21(4): 60 in 2000.
