My Experience:

I purchased a 2-gallon plant at Nurseries Caroliniana in August 2010 and planted it in the Wild Or Wacky garden. It got a little sunburn at first. Then it got some brown on the foliage in the winter. I planted it high within a raised bed 1 brick high. In summer 2011 it did better. It grew steadily after that and in Winter 2013 was a beautiful bright yellow all winter - not a cold one.
