Description: 

Blooms winter to spring, inflorescence to 30" long, triangular floral bracts. Fragrant flowers, long-lasting, to 5" diameter.

History: 

Published in Gard. Chron. 7 in 1866. A magnificent species, with the habit of Cymbidium giganteum, but with larger flowers of a pale Apple green ; the lip and column being whitish, with numerous purple blotches. The delicacy of colours is very beautiful.

Native to Nepal, Bhutan.
