Description: 

Compact form with foliage to 8" tall and 14" wide, deeply cut and fern-like, blue-green. Heart-shaped rose pink flowers, pendant, to 15" tall on leafless stems in early spring. Flowering stops in high summer heat but may rebloom later. Needs moisture in summer to keep the foliage attractive. Also needs good drainage. Rabbit and deer resistant.
