Description: 

Flowers yellow and maroon in combination. Using an annual (Gaillardia pulchella) in the cross has reduced the longevity of the plant but made it more floriferous. May not be winter cold that kills the plant but rather wet winters (Armitage).

Hybrid between Gaillardia aristata and Gaillardia pulchella.
