Cultivars: 

'Afro' - twisted, spiraled stems, more vigorous and drought tolerant than J. Effusus 'Spiralis', 2' clumps, 15" tall

'Blue Arrows' - 18 to 24" tall and wide, narrow, upright stems.

'Lovesich Blues' - weeping, blue-green foliage, zone 4 up

Native to Europe and north America.
