Description: 

Stem 4 and 5 feet high, with long branches. Leaves 4 to 6 lines broad, 7 to 8 long, elliptic, quite entire, very pubescent. Petals thinly bearded towards their top. (Cult. Prot.)

History: 

Published in Cult. Prot. 65 in 1809. A species discovered in Hottentots Holland, by Mr. F. Masson. Stem 4 and 5 feet high, with long branches. Leaves 4 to 6 lines broad, 7 to 8 long, elliptic, quite entire, very pubescent. Petals thinly bearded towards their top.
