My Experience:

I purchased a 4" pot from Santa Rosa in September 2010 and planted it by the Evergreen Butterlybush. It did very little until spring 2011 when it created an 18" mound of leaves. Bloomed in summer. In spring 2013 I moved it to the Ornamental Grasses Border.
