Description: 

Selected for its profuse flowering and deep yellow flowers. Part of the Croftway™ series. Blooms in spring to summer. Semievergreen. Pendulous yellow flowers. Moist, well-drained soil. Can be cut back in spring to promote bushy growth.

History: 

From a breeding program in West Sussex started in 1997 intended to produce new varieties of Phygelius with new flower colors. Cross between and unnamed seedling of P. aequalis and P. aequalis 'Yellow Trumpet'.

My Experience: 

I purchased a 1-gallon plant from Gardenhood in August 2013 and planted it in the Octagonal Perennial Garden.
