Protea with doubly winged leaves, Ihort, thread-shaped, crowded and smooth; flowers terminate the branches in umbels; fruit stalks with floral leaves, and longer than the small heads; scales of the cup awl-shaped and hairy. (Bot. Repos.)

Published in Bot. Repos. 5: 337 in 1803. This beautiful divided leaved Protea has been named, as above, by Thunberg...

PlantList shows it as unresolved. However documentation from ProteaWorldOnline suggests it could be a synonym of Serruria millefolia Salisb. ex Knight.
