Description: 

Yellow flowers with brown centers through summer. Slightly hairy foliage. Rhizomatous, forming large clumps. Heat and humidity tolerant. Deadheading will prolong the blooming season. Well-drained average soil.

My Experience: 

I purchased a 1-gallon plant from Laymans in August 2010 and planted it in the perennial bed. The deer attacked it in June 2011 and I dug it up, split it, and replanted it in the pool area. It bloomed throughout the summer.
