Description: 

A weak shrub... Leaves 1/3 to 1 inch long, closely 2-pinnatifid from their middle, hardly smooth. Peduncle as long as the Head, hairy. Bractes hairy with a very callous point. (Cult. Prot.)

Published in Cult. Prot. 80 in 1809. ...Mr. J. Niven discovered it...

ProteaWorldOnline lists it as 'perhaps' a synonym of Serruria scoparia R.Br.
