Description: 

Short dissected leaves, close to stem. Round pink flowerheads, fragrant.

Leaves 3/4 to 1 inch long, 3-fid from below their middle, glossy. Head as long as the Peduncle. Lower Bractes fringed. Three Petals only bearded from the middle of the limb. (Cult. Prot.)

History: 

Published in Cult. Prot. 90 in 1809. Mr. J. Niven discovered it...

Native to South Africa.
