Erect. Yellow to cream flowers with pink tips.

It is not a handsome shrub... Stem slender. Leaves 1/4 of a line broad, 3 to 4 long, incurved-erect, linear-attenuated, pubescent when old. Spike short. Dorsal petal very large. (Cult. Prot.)

History: 

Published in Cult. Prot 75 in 1809. Introduced at Clapham in 1800...

Native to South Africa.
