Description: 

Twining vine with holdfast roots. Leaves stiff and glossy. Flowers white and fragrant in spring. Stems exude latex when cut. Can be grown as a groundcover.

My Experience: 

I grew this as a groundcover in California and similarly in North Carolina, where it constantly took off up the drainpipes. Red leaf color in autumn.
