Description: 

Lance-shaped leaves in whorls and spiky inflorescences, to 9" long with tube-like white to blue flowers. Well-drained medium to moist soil. Tolerates wet soil. Attractive to butterflies and rabbit resistant, easy to maintain (Oudolf).

Cultivars: 

Adoration - 6' tall. Purple stems, pink buds and lilac flowers Diana - 5' tall. White flowers Fascination - 6' tall. Blue flowers. Roseum - 5' tall. Pale pink flowers.
